A relative of mine had services here in 2015. Everyone was helpful. Fast forward to 2019. Every time I think of my relative I'll go onto the remembrance page and light a candle(with a fee). This year I'm unable to do so. I called and was advised its because of the time that has passed(4yrs). Seriously? That's the explanation. Felt like a punch in the stomach. I'm disgusted and hurt.

Just left this place with rude customer service and an all lives matter poster sitting in their front room , that conviently disappeared when I commented on it and went to the bathroom
