Mike was very professional. He was easy to contact and we kept in touch via WhatsApp beforehand. During the dive I had trouble equalizing at first and he was really kind and patient about the whole situation. And the dive itself was really nice. We saw some interesting rays and snappers etc, we didn’t go far due to my equalizing issue but I’m looking forward to seeing more next time.
We had a wonderful time doing a PADI Open Water Diver certification for my girlfriend, and some fun dives on-property at the beautiful reefs around the Coral Seas Cliffs Resort. The owner, Michael, was a comforting, motivational, and conscientious instructor for a first-time diver. He provided clear communication via WhatsApp before and during our trip and accommodated a flexible schedule for our dives.
