This company is the absolute worst, met in an accident and they issued the claim to the third party without following up with me if I didn’t call to find out what’s happening I wouldn’t have known they did all that.....why pay an insurance company big bucks to not have your back during an accident, sloppy service and on top of that their representative was very rude. I’ve been driving for 10years and never had a claim and they never thought to do a proper investigation before paying out the funds...ICWI makes me sick!!!
