After a long day with the usual bad customer service in Jamaica I have to say that Ms. Simone F in Fairview Montego Bay went above and beyond to make my transaction super easy and explaining everything so simple, I only interacted with her and the receptionist both were excellent. Kudos as well to whoever overseas you both it really seems like the standard there.
