Terrible. They did not have my reservation. Paid for beach front and was put in a basic room with not even a beach view. I was promised a rate adjustment. Never got it. I've contacted them many times with no reply. No hot water. No housekeeping. Rude person upon checking. No food. They paid no attention to any of my requests. I usually stay in small boutique hotels or in the community. Wanted a beachfront for a couple night. I should have stayed Inna d yaad. Terrible place

Zero stars -_-. Actually if I could give negative stars I would. Terrible trash motel. It's not even a resort it is a motel with resort prices. We were scammed. We stayed in the hotel 2 days before house keeping came. There was so much sand on the floor from going to the beach and we had to deal with that since house keeping didn't come. They didn't even change our sheets they just made up the beds. When they did clean up the place they did a great job. We found a roach and a worm in the bathroom. The place needs to be demolished, rebuilt and then they need new management. The ladies that worked there were very nice and friendly and the beach was beautiful and that made the experience somewhat bearable. We had to ask for new towels and the resort didn't even have towels. They ran out of towels. It seems like they don't get that much business and was not prepared for the amount of people that were there. Then when we finally got new towels they were blue like personal towels. We asked a worker for towels and they forgot so we had to ask the next day. Nobody seems to stay in the office later in the evening. The hot water kept running out so we had to shower with cold water. The bathroom stayed moist the whole time since there was no fan. I wouldn't stay here again if this were the only lodging on Earth. Throw the whole resort away.

We booked this hotel last Christmas for 4 days.However , when we arrived the hotel did not have my reservation on their books even though we provided the number to them. We originally booked a beach front room and because they did not have the reservation we were offered the only thing they had left which was and unfinished room with no chairs, no night stands, didn't have a mirror in the bathroom and no place to hang our clothes. Not willing to stay our vacation under these conditions, we checked into another hotel the next day. The hotel ended up charging us for the 4 days and it is undisputable with my credit card company. Be ALERT if checking into this hotel.
