Disgusting service. After getting through after numerous attempts, once speaking with an operator they just cut you off. Have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. When I finally got through to a Kerry Ann and told her what I was trying to achieve she just cut the line off. Very very very unhappy. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to sort some important issues out and still cannot get to speak with anyone. BUT they are quick enough to take the tax money!!!
