I called to make an appointment for my dad. All i needed was some assistance, this female by the name Ornella answered the phone. She kept asking what type of ultrasound, i was explaining to her what it was for and indicated that the name of the ultrasound wasn't stated on the paper, i spoke with my mom and she called a few days ago and the person who assisted her didn't ask for the name of the ultrasound, they only took his age and told her he was suppose to come on a Thursday. Ornella answered the phone the 3 times that i called explaining the situation to her, trying to make the appointment, she hung up in my ears. I am so very much angry, and feel to go there and disgrace her. We are paying for the service, not begging anything. My dad is ill, and I'm trying to make an appointment and instead she explained the types of ultrasounds that can be done in regards to his sickness and provide useful information, she hung up. So unprofessional. I will take my business else where.

Staff leaves a LOT to be desired.
