Call to report an emergency on the number provided and you are left to listen to 4 minutes of safety tips. Call credit is expensive and it's an emergency does that make sense #jps

No electricity again on Negril, Westmoreland, the worst kind of outage low voltage for the 3rd time this month before the outage. Lost my modem power pack twice. Today I can't even get through on the phone as you system is not working on any of your published numbers .... Feels like back in the days with JPS this year, terrible service !
