What is the actual number to call. Frustrating to get through. A US$ credit card from them is useless you bank with them. You have yo go in to pay and their lines are a nightmare. I called to cancel my card and was told I have to write a letter and take it to Oxford Road. Does that make sense. No thought about where you live

Your customer service department is the worst why can't all your agent be on the same page when giving out information kmt they need to go back in training kmt.
