Party Experience

I just called Party Experience on the phone for helium - of which they are currently out, however, the young lady on the phone actually suggested somewhere else I could try to help me out. She will not make a sale from that recommendation, nor does she know me, but her humanity allowed her to help me in my time of need. That is the type of customer service we need to celebrate in Jamaica and I hope her Manager rewards her. Thank you Party Experience! I will stop by for all my party supplies soon.

Uhm, the customer service was unpleasantly poor. It was like she wanted to close up and go home. They have nice things though.
