Sharon's service was a breath of fresh air. Hear me out, please. I often find customer service in the island to be poor or lacking. I called around to numerous makeup artists, either not getting through at all within working hours or distasteful and unprofessional behavior. Also, the promises to follow up and they don't in a timely manner. Her customer service skills was exceptional. A pleasant and welcoming nature, even calling to check in just in case she may run a little late. She was right on time though but feeling like a valued customer is priceless. I was blown away by the results. I had a natural and beautiful glow, it was just perfect. My grad photo was absolutely stunning. She will be my first choice in the future. Sharon's Customer service and make-up skills are 2 qualities that one doesn't come across together everyday. Her products sold at faceforward are inexpensive and top quality, Id recommend anyone to go there.
