Was not comfortable there as staff not practicing covid safety guidelines. Staff either not wearing mask properly or none at all. MANAGER HAD NO MASK ON, obviously not setting an example for his staff. BIG TURNOFF!!

Good customer service

First impressions are real and the make a big difference. My first time doing business with this company. I was not impressed with the way the staff members were attired and how they presented themselves. Street clothes, no name tags or anything like that. Upon first sight, I did not know which were staff and which were customers. But, when they did approach me, they were pleasant and polite / helpful. Yes, very helpful. Not really well-versed about their products. Had to ask each other and Google answers to our questions. And of course, there's nothing wrong with that. Better than them pretending they know when they really don't know. Anyway I think they need to "up" their level of professionalism a bit and PLZ CHANGE THAT NAME. Doesn't sound like a car dealership.
