This is the worst money transfer service I’ve ever seen! I sent money to myself from my foreign card and stood up in line for almost an hour, only to be told “WE DON’T FACILITATE SELF TO SELF TRANSACTIONS.”
Instead of saying that they will try to call the other location to expedite the waiting time, they flat out rejected any attempt at good customer service. Definitely would not recommend using them and would say to ask them what service they actually offer before using them.
The WORST!!! I went there to collect $25 USD and I couldn't collect it they were so UNPROFESSIONAL I spoke to a guy I asked him his name he refused to give me he said "Operator #15" like what and he hang up the phone while I was talking so rude! Thank God there's Western union.

So my relative collect money at the bay west location the girl over the counter failed to count the money n gave my relative over then a call saying she ago call police like the money was stolen. When she should have called police on herself go see how many times she give away money and call back a making threats
