Our first time at this resort. When we arrived, the staff (Mrs Samantha) and others greeted us warmly. We asked for a room upgrade, and was lucky enough to be accommodated-beach front. The grounds are kept immaculately-plants, trees, flowering bushes etc! Rooms are clean and neat, bathroom was acceptable-one of our pet peeves. Positive shout-out to Mrs. Hazel in House-Keeping thank you. The food was reasonably priced, delicious, and portioned well. Room service was impressive. They have security on the beach to keep pan handlers at bay, it was affective, we felt safe! We will be back, and will definitely recommend Coco La Palm to friends and family.

The bread was really warm, but if you don't eat it quick enough it turns to stone. Pasta were alright, some really spicy bits, and the sauce a bit liquid, but not bad.
