Real shame to see the company slowly being run into the ground from the brand it used to be. There once was a time, before "The Modern" rebranding when national news outlets were proud to feature the owner and his charitable ways in their papers but since involving a Mrs. Blackwood-Richards and giving her an 'official' role in the company the business has seen a steep decline in relevancy in the market. Definitely capable of getting big jobs but in serious need of the kind of staffing that existed when the company was just Ricam Construction. The company successfully lives in the memories of the neighboring community for the former glory and community development opportunities provided when the focus was making Greenvale a better name in the Manchester region. It is doubtful but there are high hopes in seeing the company make a complete turn around with the tenacious, cunning & clever mind of Mr. Richards.
