How do you have a laundromat with no HOT WATER???? I have been coming here for years and it has gotten worse and worse. Machines are consistently broken oh and no hot water. I feel bad for the lady that works there because she has to deal with all the complaints. Owner needs to step it up because this place is terrible and we deserve better in the community.
Very friendly environment.. the fact that a don't like is the way they threat her... very disrespectful... didn't like it a bit. She is very helpful. My 1st time but not the last.
Over 5 washers don’t work over 5 dryers don’t work. The place is crowded and not Covid-19 friendly
More than five washer machine are closed/out of service. The place is crowded due to lack of machines not being available for customers. COVID-19 case are on up in Boston and this is not the place to come wash your clothes.
I come here every weekend to do my laundry. Many machines are either out of order or we have to choose a certain program number in order to do laundry . Also the handles on the washer are very hard to handle and often times I have to forcefully push the door in order for the handle to work. Unfortunately, tonight I saw a cockroach climbing on the wall by the window seal. I told Maureen, the attendant and she apologized multiple times and killed the roach.
I wish to continue coming here because it is very convenient for me. I hope that there is more maintenance done here soon or in the future. I would love to see this place with more washers and dryers repaired considering the fact that many clients come here to do laundry. I hope for the best but this place needs a lot of improvements.
