The initial installation was done hastily & on unit was place on a surface ledge instead of under neath where water would not be able to damage the unit. The technician came and restored one channel and took payment for a part.
2 weeks after..I had to go to his home to collect the part. After he promised to return the next day. Service is poor & disrespectful..lack communication skills
Love that place you can get your camera's there among many other things !
H-Tech is an amazing company and the staffs are great and very helpful, they did an installation for me to do my cameras and auto gate and they did a wonderful job, i recommend this company 100%. I'm very satisfied.
