The crew from Kingston came in to effect some after-sales repairs to my windows and they were the most polite, friendly and accommodating possé I've interacted with in a very long time. They even gave me tips on how to properly handle and care the windows so they last longer. Was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Alcor.

They don't answer the phone. Are they even in operation?

Needs someone to be in charge of sales. They could do more business. Feels like the ugly step daughter.
