Too close to the church, sleeping will be a major problem

WOW! Warning, long detailed review ahead: This is a REALLY great place for larger groups that want to stay together without dealing with resort crowds. Currently here with 7 adults and 3 small children, and it feels like home away from home- lots of room to stretch out and really enjoy your stay. Karen, the hostess, will give you your space if you want it but make no mistake- she knows Negril like the back of her hand. She knows the best places in and out of the city; hooks you up with reliable and friendly drivers; and can help you find anything or anywhere you want. Tell her if you want touristy spots, or if you want local highlights or have specific needs for your group (like shade, if you're an American vampire like me) and she will absolutely deliver. Most importantly- if you're thinking about NOT getting the meal plan that she has available for your stay, you should just punch yourself in the face and start over. Yes, you should try the Pattie down the street, and at least 1 flavor of OMG ice cream. Definitely try any food out and around, because it's all delicious, but in 5 days, none of the food I've tried compares to what she had prepared for us. I would come back to Jamaica just to eat more of Marvin's food. I'm sure the local meat and fruit they sourced for us would be good by itself, but the traditional local dishes they cooked for us are better than anything I've ever eaten. I would literally eat hot garbage if Marvin cooked it, and if you try his cooking you would too.

I loved everything about Jamaica, I cant wait to go back, I know its an island but i didn't get to see enough, the people are the coolest, the service is nice, When you go TIP well. Enjoyed my self very much.
