I Wish I could give negative zero stars and this is solely because NO ONE answers the phone. The automated systems has you on hold for 15-20 mins each time waiting on an agent or operator then disconnects after you wasted all that time being on hold and you have to do the whole process over again. I have been trying to get in contact with someone at the agency for over two weeks to no avail.
Utter foolishness to have a business number that no one can get through on!
NLA is very fortified to help with any technical matter touching and concerning land matters in the most professional and efficient way BUT you will have to be filled with energy , walk to the branch, get to a certified contact, empty out your wants and concerns and in quick time you are out on your business laughing. People you have to decide to walk and sweat to get the best results. Yashua Amashiak bless you all in your endeavours.
