Unprofessional service. Cabinets didn’t fit appliances after job was completed. They took five months to complete job. Owner/manager Mr Johnson was very rude.

I must say, Custom Furnishing does deliver on the promise to provide high quality cabinetry for kitchen cabinetry. The process from design to creation to delivery demonstrates professionalism and impeccable customer service. I am impressed!!!

The Managing Director for this company-Mr. Johnson has NO MANNERS and knows nothing about customer service. Our Managing Director brought two clients to this company and was in the showroom discussing what material they thought a particular display was made of; when Mr. Johnson left his office and injected himself into the conversation without any introduction leaving his more that capable Sales Representative who was already assisting to eventual retreat. Mr. Johnson then proceeded to disrespect and belittle our M.D.; the only black person in the party of three. Our clients are like family to us especially those living overseas and they are quite disturbed with the treatment that was being dished out at this establishment. I can only imagine how Mr. Johnson treats his workers.
