Le Vendome Restaurant at Charela Inn

After three times coming here for food and business, the food was good and the staff was good. However after three times of asking if there was sufficient Wi-Fi it to do business and each time complaining and asking a manager to call me at my local phone number, nothing was done. Therefore I wasted three mornings here. This deserves a one star as a businessman. If I were here on vacation completely it would be two stars, with four stars for the overall quality of the food and service and, once again one star for the complete disregard of very basic and fundamental customer service by the management. This place could be quite enjoyable for a certain subset, a large subset, of the general public. However, I'm not coming back a fourth time, and quite rightfully so.

We have been going to the Charela for over 30 years and find everthing to our liking. We think of our visits fondly and consider it our favorite get away spot. Le Vendome is our go to place to dine out of many choices available. Food and drink are carefully prepared to order. The staff is like family with hugs all around.

Good food, especially for breakfast. The Spanish omelet was my favorite. Nice for dinner, but a little more expensive. Great live jazz on Saturday nights.

Incredible wait staff that knows what you need by reading your mind.
