I don't even know how to describe them. I paid for a police record but then I heard that I should've received a WhatsApp number to set an appointment at the Criminal Records Office. After calling this tax office at least 10 times, the call finally got answered. I proceeded to ask about the number I should WhatsApp to set an appointment, this lady is going to tell me that they only collect payment for the service, they don't know anything else and I should call around and "inquire and do my own research". Kmt so disgusting, sick and tired of these unreliable governmental services.

Great service,these Tax office in st Catherine are to me the most expedient offices in the island, very fast and friendly service.upon reaching the gate ask the security officer for a number.
This is an essential department of government and needs vast improvement in the delivery of service. The simplest process is so time-consuming and complicated, it's painful and made worse by COVID-19.
Its about the usual for a Jamaican govt agency.
