Eastern Veterinary Health Centre

A very positive experience and very happy we discovered this clinic. Located on the main it is easy to find with ample parking available. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and efficient; and the vet even more so - knowledgeable, excellent rapport, thorough, helpful. The clinic was well stocked with all the items we needed for our pets - food, medicine, accessories, etc. Outdoor waiting area allowed for social distancing and all other COVID-19 protocols were observed. Pricing was somewhat higher than expected but competitive when you eliminate others costs for traveling further or for a house call. An excellent find, would highly recommend it, and will use services again for sure!

The staff at this health centre were exceptional and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone from the front office staff to the vet. Every step of the way was detailed and they were very hands-on throughout the entire process. Unfortunately my dog died, but the vet called me more than once to provide grieving counselling which I truly appreciated and made my loss a bit easier to bear knowing that I was in the thoughts of the staff. I would give 10 stars if possible. If I had a pet I would definitely use them again, but I'm too heartbroken now to get another dog.
