Customer service open to the public 3 days per week, and when you get there u have to put your concerns in a questionnaire, with the promise that u will receive an email with your requested information. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

Jps Port Maria, has a bill Express section, so there are alot of persons waiting in line to pay their bill also there are those who were waiting to speak with customer care on the phone.
