I use it every time I fly to JFK. Great staff, great service. Friendly and clean. Always stocked with snacks and toiletries for your travel needs. A welcome sight after my red eye flight from SD.
This USO is a long way away from the main terminal. If you are on a connecting flight you will have to leave security.I was greeted by a friendly volunteer. The room is tiny. There are chips and peanuts for snacks. I wouldn't bother the next time I come thru.
Exceedingly helpful and friendly. I've never been disappointed at any uso. It really takes the edge off when flying from over seas.
Very nice great attitude from the volunteers behind the desk made sure I was aware of what they offered.
I arrived from Salt Lake City today and stopped at the USO at 5 am to find a welcoming from Tom who does the 5 to 9 shifts on Tuesday morning. We had a great conversation and I enjoyed my experience. He worked at the same police Precinct that I grew up next door to. Small world. .
