Exceptionally bulky process creates very poor service. Simple management changes would improve this place but be prepared to spend about 200% more time than you should. Just to buy a single cylinder when there are no other customers takes about a half hour.

Best gas company in Jamaica. Reasonable price and friendly staff. I would recommend this place for all your local and industrial gasses.

No strong customer service background. Called from 9:23 am this morning and was told that the information was transferred to the cashier. Called again at 11:53 am and was told the invoice was created and the gas was dispatched to be delivered. Waited at home all day, still no delivery. Called again at 2:06 pm and was told that they're hoping it will still be delivered and they'll call me back; and that was after the call I made at 2:05 pm was disconnected with no response. Up to this point I still have not received the gas or a call back. Made 2 additional attempts to call and no one responded. Never had this experience with gas pro b4 I was convinced to "upgrade". Kmt.
