Do not expect good customer service from them. I bought a solar system and used their installer (who is very unreliable and slap dash). Their warranty leaves a lot to be desired and is very vague in its phrasing and there is a sentence which gives them the option to decide whether to honour the warranty or not. You only get one month warranty on the charge controller, and 10 years on the panels (the wire corroded in one of mine just after 1 year and I was told it's not under warranty, and in a second panel the entire junction box at the back burnt out and I was told that isn't under warranty). They also leave out essential parts of the system like a DC lightning arrestor, and an AC surge suppressor. The HP inverter also switches back to JPS at a very low battery voltage which will kill flooded lead acid batteries in no time. Another company that I contacted solved that issue. The solar water heater that I bought from them leaked and I had to get someone else to solve the problem, I bought a heating element from them to be installed in the heater and the installer never came and another company installed it instead.

Awful. Sell defective products, then refuse a full refund stating their policy is 20% charge for restocking, none of which is posted in the premises. These guys need to.be investigated by fair trading comission
