Honesty is the best policy. speak the truth and speak it ever, cost it what it will. I was told that to correct mistakes made by them on 3 windows I was to give them 10 days . It is now 18 days and I am making all the calls. The credibility of this company has been eroded beyond repairs. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Worm and knowledgeable staff

I ordered windows there. The finished product was good but the service and process was bad. They lied, when I tried to change the size of two of the windows, saying that they had already cut them, even though l indicated that l was wiing to pay the difference. On the pick up date they were not ready. They did not communicate this info. It was when l got there that I learnt that l had wasted my time. Packaging of the product was sub standard. I had to protest and insist that each be properly shielded to prevent damage during transportation. I ordered sash windows. I'm disappointed that the stops were definitely NOT uniform. Each had a different level of air space. Sloppy, right?
