Centre Street Dental Care

If there was a negative star I would of put it instead. I had a 1pm appt to fix a small chip on the bottom of my front tooth. Upon arrival, at 12:40pm, I was asked what I was there for. Mind you, when I made the appt I told them what it was for. I didn't get into the room until 1:50pm. Once there, 2 more people came into the room and asked me what I was having done. 10 more mins later, Dr Kai Gao enters the room and asked me what I was getting done. Then for me to show him the tooth. After looking at my tooth, he left the room to speak with a staff member, then asked what type of insurance I had. Then he asked a staff member to check my insurance to see what they cover. When he was advised that my insurance pays 80% and I have to pay 20%. Dr Gao proceeded to say, you know you have to pay 20%, are you going to pay that. I said yes, money is not the problem. The issue is are you going to fix my tooth. The other staff member stated if they fix it, there is a possibility later on it could fall off again. I stated that is fine and asked Dr Gao if he will fix it. He stated no, then walked out of the room. I stated thank you for your "good" customer service and will be leaving you a review. As I was leaving, a staff member tried to apologize while the other stated, that I should get a crown. I don't need a crown when its a small chip and not half my tooth. Despite the wait, the insurance should of been checked before I even entered the room. Lack of communication, as I had to repeat myself 4x on why I was there. The length of time I had to wait, making me feel like I could not afford to pay the 20%, to have Dr Kai Gao walk out on me, and then the nerve to say I need a crown for a small chip tooth, I was done with dentist. Lets not mention, the hour drive to get there. I had a very horrible experience and will never return. Bad customer service and unprofessional.

Love the place and services. I have been a patient since 2009. Great customer care. Always available to see you during emergency situations. Very nice and clean place. Thanks for everything

I had a really great experience with Centre Street Dental Care. I saw Dr. Kamel and he was incredibly nice, answered every single one of my questions, and took his time with me. Everyone at the front desk was so kind - I dealt with Flor and another woman, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but they were so cheery and positive :) Definitely recommend this dentist office!

I have been coming to this place for the past seven years, and I love it. I had a root canal done here, and it was quick and painless. Also, I had my some fillings done, and zoom whitening, and I'm in love with my smile :)

Over the years I've had a lot of dental work done and as a result I've grown an internal hate for the dentist. That all changed when i visited Center Street Dental. The staff is amazing and they ensure that you have the most comfortable , smooths experience possible.
