The wait time is exhausting to get inside due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When you are inside you still wait a good amount of time to get your order so make sure you are prepared to wait once you turn up.

The customer service is fairly good. They have been using new method to get their customer moving quickly. The problem we face is the drive thru is same area use for stocking goods and therefore oftentimes you have to be negotiating with trollies for space to drive.

Well the service is always so slow honestly you need two more server than what's normally there this KFC location is really popular,everyone normally go here because the parking space is great and variety hence hunger please just add a few more please.
