Pizza Hut Northside Plaza

Ordered a BBQ Amazing 4 stuffed crust pizza today just before 1pm. We picked up our pizza and went on our way only to realize later that there was no pizza sauce anywhere on the pizza 😕😕😕 Not sure if it's because they were closing at 1:30pm due to the 3pm curfew, but who makes pizza without tomato sauce? We basically ended up with toast and cheese 😑😑😑. Do better Pizza Hut!

Maybe biased as pizza hut is just my fave pizza. Wait time is average, they usually deliver within the specified wait time and trust me you wont regret that freshly baked hot pizza. Also, I've used they're delivery option which works perfectly as well, however if you're hungry, you need to factor an hour wait time or I guess that depends on their take out traffic. But all in all I've had some great encounters with them, I'd recommend and yes they have the best tasting pizza in my view.

Went there last week had a good experience but went back this weekend it was such a difference staff were really bad mannered and by the time I got pizza home it was cold and not very enjoyable. Not sure if I will go back.

Absolutely poor customer service from calling to pickup at the location. Reps over the phone hang up on you, don’t know how to provide information or to speak fluently. The representatives on site move extremely slow with no care for guests. Talking over food. Horrendous

Order online and pickup. The wait time is not long, longest was about 3-5 mins. Depending on the number of customers you go in to see. Staff is usually courteous even on the phone. Pizza taste is very consistent. So no worry about any surprise there. Good tasting Pizza. My main issue with Pizza hut in general though is the oil content in the pizzas!!! They need to go easy on that. And again I can only speak on the vegetarian pizza with pineapple topping and bbq sauce. 😁 other persons I order meat pizza for always seem to enjoy it, and especially the jerk chicken alfredo pasta.
