It is very hard getting anyone to answer the phone when trying to get help about COVID 19. My son who is not living with me is showing signs of it and no matter how much you call to find out how to get him tested without being a threat to others, no answer. It is no wonder there are so many cases of COVID 19.

I've not had direct contact with this organization, however I've been calling the number posted on their website for three consecutive days without a single answer. Noting that on each day I've tried calling a minimum of ten times. I'm seeking information in regards to permits for a new business venture. This is an excellent example of the small inefficiencies that have large impact on doing business in Jamaica. How must our country move forward if something as simple as access to information is such a large roadblock. This exact ministry has exceeded the expectations of most in the recent covid 19 pandemic, however in this regard they have failed.
