The Physician and the ladies at Imperial Optical, Sovereign North were absolutely amazing. I enjoyed our repeated encounters as I went through the process of obtaining eye glasses for the first time in my life. Keep up the excellent customer service. I will recommend you to others in need of such services.

Visited on Sat Feb 22 a little after 3pm; very little assistance from the 2 employees (the store was empty). Took one of them at least 10 minutes before she actually got up from behind her desk to offer an support. Limited engagement even then! Won’t be back!
