Big up to the Half Way Tree Fire Station who responded to a call about an elderly man who locked himself in his car and went unconscious , in Twin Gates Plaza Tuesday 24th of March 2020 . Their response was within 5 minutes and they assisted the gentleman until he regained consciousness whilst waiting for an ambulance for well over an hour . Unfortunately the ambulance did not arrive at the scene till 5 hours later . By this time the gentleman was able to drive home . Never the less big up Jamaica Fire Brigade , job well done , # hope renewed. Thanks

JFB is a public sector organisation to aid in development or events minimize injury or damage to person or property. JFB are a part of the approval process for construction development and events in regards to fire prevention, safety, equipment and assessing various premises for preparedness and inspection. For events one should apply: 2 weeks before the event. I would recommend at least 3 weeks, just in case they see a fault and you can correct it before the event, so you can get approval before the event
