Slow service and inadequate staff, you can barely find anyone to assist you other than the security guard. The guards are pretty nice though. Update: they help walk in customers more? I've been standing here for almost an hour and they aren't helping me even though I signed my name and had an appointment. Update #2: I brought the rating down to 1 star because there is still no communication or sense of direction. They just make you wait cluelessly, and you can't sit down if the sitting area is full. They're helping other people and not the people waiting outside. Update #3: Okay, the rating is back to 3 stars even though I'd like to give it a 2.5.. the person who helped me was VERY friendly and helpful. She answers all your questions and is very patient and thorough.

Don’t ever come here. Doubtful, nosy and rude people. I shouldn’t have gone here but I was in the area.

The absolute best in service. Fabian runs a tight shop and Christian always takes good care of me. My parents have banked here for over 50 years and I for the past 30. Chase is the strongest bank in the USA and their customer service is one of the reasons why.

The worst service ever when you ask a question they give you an answer sarcastically . They should continue putting more machine and less people to work ,they don’t know how to manage or deal with people . More training to deal customer service .
