I’ve been washing here for years. The facility is clean and the parking lot is a very convenient amenity but the prices are getting too high. It’s time to find another place to do laundry. Also, I’m scared of the one extremely rude and absolutely miserable employee that’s works there. She makes me scared to ask for assistance.

This is the best laundry maths in Jamaica Ave very cleaner, and there’s a special lady name Nadira I think that’s her name, the most kind hearted person you could find, that’s the reason I come every week to do my laundry always willing to help it doesn’t matter how busy she is. God bless her.

I just moved to the neighborhood and I needed an laudrymat. other laudrymat in the neighborhood was dirty and wasn't clean. Nadia the Saturday worker was awesome help me and my brother in law out a lot. her customer service skills is wonderful. the other laudrymat I went to wasnt as nice I needed help putting money on my card because I only had a big bills took 10mins for help. Here everything was fast and easy. only I don't know how the morning rush like because I came in the afternoon there was a good amount of ppl so I will try again Saturday morning since I want to be here with Nadia. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Horrible machine....these machine are programmed to wash with little or no water, put soap powder in 3 different machine and the machine don’t even read the card. Definitely not washing here again. Zero star!!!!

The machines don't drop that much water and very pricey for no reason and to dry your clothes forget it the machine dont dry your clothes at all dont recommend to no one
