Hotel Ninety Five - JFK Airport

hotel had roaches. the room is very dingy. crackheads were stealing the breakfast food. stay one night and get there when its time to sleep. only good if you have a flight to catch the next day

No heating. Balcony door was broken and open. Cold winds were gushing inside. No towels inside the room. Had to come down to talk to the front desk to get towels. Not just once but twice. No TV. TV was hanging there but with no connection. Booked through booking.com on a hurry but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dirty! The rooms, hallway, and lobby are all dirty. I only stayed because they wouldn't let me cancel my reservation. There isn't even a fitted sheet on the bed. They literally only give you a flat sheet and a cover with stains and cigarette burns in it. The days I stayed I didn't get any room service. No one came to see if I wanted my room cleaned or sheets changed. I went to the vending machine on floor C and there was water all over the floor, the hallway was flooded. I found a cockroach in my room in the second night. The whole hotel smells like an ashtray. Some good things are the room is nice just dirty. It is decorated nice. I love the big window. Lastly the lady reception was very accommodating and helpful. I would not stay here again though

DO NOT GO! I couldn’t have stayed at a worse hotel. The room smelled like weed, water leaking from the ceiling, only one light was working, holes in the sheets and a dirty room. And the icing on the cake was the horrible customer service. If it wasn’t for the location TRUST we would’ve stayed at a much better hotel. Truly atrocious.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Stains every where, the mirror is so dirty you can barely see yourself and the fire alarm was hanging off the wall. The managers was also extremely rude and seems like he has no clue what going on. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever been apart of.
