Fast service and very polite people. They are very patient. I had a lot of questions and they answer each one and give me advice about what was the best to do when you send international letters

I’m new to the area and had to pick up two very large and heavy packages. I arrived around 9 A.M. on a Thursday and did not have to wait more than a few minutes to be served. The ladies working were polite, professional, and quick. I was able to pick up my packages and buy a book of stamps in less than 10 minutes.

Customer service is a hit or miss. So are deliveries. A miss on important deliveries makes it worst. A certified mail tracking said attempted delivery and notice left. Both are lies. No knock on door or ring bell. No notice on the door or in my mailbox! Phone is picked up & hung up without talking!

This is by far the worst usps I’ve ever been to. There’s a line of 9 people waiting and they have 1 worker working and the other 1 just walking around the back. Horrible.

The few times i been at this post office the staff here were great, friendly, and courteous. But my god, this place looks like has not been since the day it was open.
