Tropical Grill

I order the same time all the time from this restaurant. Everytime they always give me something else. I ordered okra from here. They took a big plate and split the order into two containers. Then they charged me x2 time's. That's crazy for real. I used to love it for the food but since they keep messing people order's. They get 1 rating.

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They offer big portions and for economical rates. I loved the food a lot and the staff members were very attentive and chatty. I recommend this place.

First of all, if you want to have a better week ahead don’t EVER order food from them and they have bad customer service too.

Tropical Grill stated that outdoor dining was an option so my partner and I headed over. Well, they had outdoor dining alright....exactly one table, two chair right out front next to parking. I understand you do not want to lose customer but this was very misleading.

We came in with high expectations, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered one coca cola, one chicken entree, and one order of fried plantains. The chicken was mostly skin and came in a paper plate, and the plantains were dry. The entree was supposed to come with fufu as stated on the menu, but when we asked the waitress about the fufu she told us it was $2 extra. When it was time to pay, she told us it was only cash and gave us prices different from the menu. When we asked about the change of price, she told us that the menu was wrong. There are many other delicious Nigerian restaurants in NYC. I don't suggest coming here.
