We experienced a problem at home with our heating system at home. We left a message on the company’s voicemail during the night and received a call back first thing in the morning, when a technician came early and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. We wanted to take a moment and express our deep appreciation for your excellent service, professionalism, kindness, and most importantly integrity. We had someone from Dundee come and look at our broken heating in our house, and they said they would call back to give us a quote on how much it will be to get fixed, and I never heard from them. After calling 4 or 5 times and leaving voicemails each time, someone finally called me back and couldn't find anything in their records that anyone even came to our house. She said she would have someone call me back and then no one called me back. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Finally a 75 years old house original toilet flushometer had been replaced professionally today. Before the flushometer had a problem: plumbers ( handyman), a neighbor came to adjust the water pressure or change the "parts", ( Slone doesn't make old system parts anymore)..... It wastes my time and money. Dundee has the best experienced, strong, quick, professional, kind plumber -Bobby. He was so responsible, he went back to the van , to there shop a few times to find exactly new parts to fit the old toilet.. I was really impressed and enjoyed watching him work , and he cleaned up after finishing the job. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommended DUNDEE, DUNDEE !
