Very tacky service, with a very long wait without any apology nor update as to why customers have to face the long waiting period to get thru, must commend tho the security who took that responsibility in explaining to a few and giving the elders especially some amount of comfort. Well done guardsman. The warehouse and forklift guys if u not talking money to them you certainly will be the last one leaving the warehouse. Not much difference frm tivoli warf. (V. Went to get my barrel from wharf. Customer service was awful. they either need better training, or just fire all dem ole foot down there. Too much ownership down there

The customs officers were very professional. The lady that checked my goods(I think her name was Miss Sandra) she seemed very stern and I was nervous of what they might charge me but she was very professional and fair. Mr. Rose was very professional and courteous. This was my first time going there. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
