I have shop there more than once because the prices are reasonable. However, the customer service is very poor and the waiting time to actually get service and collect your goods is too long.

Very slow service.... something needs to be done about this kind of service a.s.a.p! The only way shopping here would not be a hassle is if you ordered and leave to do something else and return much much later to pick up. Not convenient for quick shopping

Poooorrr customer service. Attitude given by staff and slow service (up to an hour before you are cashed even on a relatively slow day) I wont shop there unless I have to.
