Poor service. Efficiency reign supreme. Please don't pay your money to join the service. They returned my car papers two days after my car registration expired. No apologies. No calls. I would never recommend them to anyone
Great instructors but customer service poor
The staff at JAA are professional. My driving instructor created an atmosphere in which I could relax and be more receptive to instructions given. I would recommend them to anyone who wants driving lessons.
Membership is a must for you. JAA takes the hassle away from you and leave you smiling. Ladies don't get flustered if you should have a flat tire and don't know what to do - A cheerful willing Representative will come to your rescue in record time. To know good customer service is to experience life doing business with the Jamaica Automobile Association.
I started using this Association about two years ago. The service is so invaluable that I wondered to myself why didn't I discover the service before. The convenience of having them remind you of the pending expiration of your car registration, fitness certificate and insurance is a treat. Of course their road emergency service takes the cake. The staff in the office is friendly and courteous. Well done.
