Good place to get farm and animal products. My dogs love their True brand dogs food

The staff are wonderful, very helpful, pleasant and they seem to be upholding all the protocols for this serious time. I gave a 3 star because on 2 visits I have had to ask the security guard to put his mask on or wear it properly. There is a sign on the door asking customers to wear their masks and to wear it properly. I know the guard is a private company but he too should abide by the rules of the place. This is the Montego Bay Fairview branch.

Conveniently located in the fairview shopping center. There's ample parking space, and no hassle. The staff is quite courteous and literally waiting to help you. They know a lot about farm and gardening and do not hesitate to make recommendations.

Staying true to H&L fashion, they're slow and tedious. Their POS system is outdated. The store attendants try their best to grab things and help clients, but they're held back by the ridiculously slow checkouts. Outdated, slow systems ruin everything. The cashier's are generally stone faced and seem displeased to be at work, probably because H&L won't upgrade their system and make their life a little easier.

Customer service is a little bit slow but they have most of your farms needs in store fertilizers water boots garden hoses etc.
