The most unorganized place. They are robbing people for 20k and still not getting you results quickly. CoVid 19 PCR test should at least be resulted within 24hrs. Took test on Thursday morning and still no results on Saturday. Was supposed to be flying out today. Noone answers the phone and closed on Sunday. They are making millions from ppl who need to travel and need testing within 72 hours. You still don't get results on time and have to do it over. Money making rip off business

No one answers the phone at this place, I called over 20 times wanting to get an appointment and cost, its 2:30pm on a monday so I know its open.

Zero stars. The phone is always busy and there is no customer service.

The only positive is that they have sufficient parking. After that their management and processes are terrible. They have nobody sorting people at the beginning so if there is some reason you can't have a test done that day, you won't find out until you wait forever. They don't take people in order once they get them inside. Their cleaning checklist signs often show a lack of decontamination procedures. And nobody will answer the phone for anything. If you need a test done, go elsewhere.

Just too tacky! You walk in and there's no one at the front to either greet or advise you on how to proceed. I pressed the buzzer and stood at the door waiting for five minutes, while everyone ignored me and went about their usual business. I was only able to enter the reception area when someone on the inside buzzed themself out. I won't even mention the experience I had throughout the day there. I will never do business here again.
