Tried calling the office to get some information on a lot, and I could not believe that I was on the phone dialing all the numbers for over an hour and could not get in contact with a single soul. This company's customer telephone response time and communicating skills is down right outdated and not at all useful in this present day and time.

I don't understand any entity run by the government. No one moves with urgency or care for people. I have been waiting on a house in Montego Bay 3years now. With no one having info and dates given year after year. I guess no one is concerned for persons without a home. Its sad how they operate really sad.

I have been a contractor with them for many years
