Customer Service by manager is THE WORST. The rest of the staff are understanding and helpful. This guy should hire someone to manage his store. His policies are archaic and self-serving at best and his customer service is like you owe him something. Horrible place.

Sold a faulty product and REFUSED to fix, refund, or replace. Internally-built product is horrible. Customer Service is worse.

The head of our business was looking for a SMB to purchase hardware for our office so she tested this spot by purchasing a CPU combo for herself. The owner treated her terribly and REFUSED to fix or replace her unit. Shop elsewhere. This guy needs to be shut down.

Customer service here sucks! I visited there couple weeks printing some important documents and because it was alot, and some employee couldn’t wait apparently stopped my printing to commence his own printing, and if you should ask them a question it seems like you have to be begging them for an answer! I would never return even if my life depends on it
