This is the place to go not just to buy jewellery. You can get financial services here. We always got an excellent rate for our English pounds here into Jamaican dollars. We have used this place for years. Highly recommend Gem palace for your financial transactions.

Gem palace is a total scam. Do NOT shop there. I am a well respected visitor to the Island. All the shops know me. No one takes advantage of me. Neel most certainly did. I will be back in February and they will definitely refund me the money they owe me for over charging what I paid.

We visited this shop a number of times, my other half bought a watch and after being a little reluctant we bought a diamond ring, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with the ring and Neel bent over backwards to resolve the issue, his customer service skills are wonderful. When we go back to Jamaica we will have no hesitation in shopping here again.
