Never again! They take over 1.5 hours to deliver, deliver the wrong order and then overcharge you! When spreading to customer service, they are rude, interrupting you while you speak and have a bad attitude. This is not the first bad experience with them but definitely the last that we tried!

The delivery experience from this location has been subpar in recent times. The online tracker often says my order is delivered when it’s not. My last experience with them was pretty terrible. About 40minutes after my web order was confirmed via email, I noted that the tracker showed it hadn’t left the store. So I called to find out an estimated time. They told me it had already left and the rider was on the way. I assumed this was the usual inaccurate tracker situation. Another 20minutes went by and nothing... so I called again. The person who answered the phone said he didn’t know what was going on and he’d call the rider to find out. I asked to be called back for an update. Another 40minutes went by and still no pizza and no call. This is now 1 hr and 40minutes after making the order... so I called them and cancelled. To add salt to the wound... there was no apology... no remorse shown.. nada. All I heard on the phone after cancelling the order was “ok no problem”. Sorry I can’t order from them again. Maybe it’s the Lord’s way of getting me to eat right. I’ll take the hint. P.S. The pizzas, breads and wings are actually very good. They need to fix the delivery and customer service though.

Nice place and enjoyed their pizza
